Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of RapVid, an AI rap video generator. By using RapVid you agree to these Terms, our AI Content & Consent Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use RapVid.

Description of Service

RapVid creates short AI-generated videos from the photos, topics and lyrics you provide. Videos are generated by third-party AI models, so results vary and may not look or sound exactly as you expect. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything that happens under your account. One sign-up bonus is available per person; creating extra accounts to collect more is not allowed. Tell us at once if you notice unauthorised use of your account.

Your Content

"Your content" means the photos, topics and lyrics you submit.

• You must own your content or have permission to use it, and every person shown in your photos must be an adult who agreed to appear, as set out in our AI Content & Consent Policy.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited licence to store and process it, and to send it to our providers, only to make your videos, keep the service safe and comply with the law.
• RapVid does not use your content to train AI models. Our providers retain processing copies under their own retention rules; see our Privacy Policy and contact contact@rapvid.ai to request deletion.

Videos You Make

• Subject to these Terms, you may use the videos you make for personal and commercial purposes. Use remains subject to applicable AI provider terms and any third-party rights in the inputs or output; AI generation does not guarantee copyright protection or clearance of those rights.
• You are responsible for how you use and share your videos, including getting any permission needed from the people in them.
• Every video carries a visible "AI-generated" label and machine-readable AI marking. You must not remove, hide or tamper with them. When you post a video, use the platform's AI-content disclosure where available.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• break the AI Content & Consent Policy, including the rules on consent, minors, public figures and prohibited content;
• break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• try to get around our safety checks, rate limits or credit rules;
• access our systems or data without permission, or disrupt the service;
• use automated means to scrape the service or create videos in bulk without our permission;
• resell or sublicense access to the service.

Credits and Payment

• Videos are paid for with credits. The credit cost is shown in the studio before you start.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• If a video fails or is blocked by a safety check, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Each person can make one free 5-second preview (480p, with a RapVid watermark). It is limited to one per person and per network, and creating extra accounts to get more is not allowed. We may limit or end the free preview at any time.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Prices may change. Changes do not affect purchases you have already made.

Takedowns

Anyone can report a video to contact@rapvid.ai. We may remove videos and source photos that break these Terms or our policies, and we act on valid reports about intimate imagery of a real person within 48 hours.

Intellectual Property

The RapVid service, website, software and branding belong to us and our licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to them except to use the service as intended.

Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or our policies, or if we must do so by law. You can request account closure at any time by emailing contact@rapvid.ai. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused paid credits.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI output can be unexpected or inaccurate. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a video will match your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your Statutory Rights

These Terms do not take away any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will show the new date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell you through the service before they take effect.
