Pricing FAQ
Do I need a subscription?
No. Credit packs are one-time payments and the credits never expire. Plans are optional and only make sense if you make videos often.
Do plan credits roll over?
No. Monthly plan credits refresh each billing period and don’t roll over. Pack credits never expire.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 5-second clip is free: 480p with a RapVid watermark, one per account. New accounts also get 10 bonus credits, valid for 30 days, toward a full video. You can watch real examples in the gallery first.
Will I be charged for a failed video?
No. If a render fails or is blocked by a safety check, the credits return to your balance automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Unused packs and unused first plan payments can be refunded within 7 days. See the refund policy.
